What is a Certified Copy?

Certified copy = Official copy of court document certified by court as true copy of original.

Certified by: Court official (usually Reader/Copyist/Section Officer)

Certification stamp/seal states: "Certified to be a true copy of the original on record"

Why needed:

  • Can be used in other courts/offices

Step 3: Calculate and Pay Fees

Fees depend on:
